OVERVIEW
Founded in 1994, Silverweave delivers program management services from concept to execution. Our services include site selection and coordination, participant outreach and organization, program development (topics and speakers) and on-site logistics. 

Through our subsidiary, Future Forward Events, we have hosted programs in Boston, New York City, San Francisco, London as well as destination locations in Massachusetts like Chatham, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard as well as Newport, Rhode Island. These programs include the Convergence Forum for Leaders in Healthcare Innovation and the Nantucket Conference for technology founders and funders.

ABOUT
Shayne Gilbert
Shayne Gilbert has been fueling the entrepreneurial community since starting Silverweave in 1994. Her work has focused on developing long-term, successful relationships with corporate sponsors, creating successful program execution strategies and delivering results based on defined strategic objectives. Through Future Forward Events, Shayne creates exclusive programs for life sciences and technology executives and investors including the Nantucket Conference and the Convergence Forum.

Shayne founded Campseekers, a corporate wellness benefit that solves the school break challenge for working parents, and sold the network to Bright Horizons in 2019.

With an on-going commitment to equity and access, Shayne has spearheaded initiatives to bring in traditionally under-represented talent to the technology and life sciences communities, served as the executive director of an international organization to strengthen bridges between the innovation community and provides development expertise and engagement to non-profit organizations.  

Shayne is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. 

Alyssa Stern
Alyssa Stern has been executing events for over 25 years. She has managed dozens of events ranging in size from small groups to hundreds of attendees taking place in locations such as restaurants, hotels, upscale resorts and unique properties. She is an expert in running logistics, coordinating attendee participation and streamlining relationships with venues and other third party vendors. She oversees budget management and execution to make sure that programs are delivered efficiently and meet key goals. She manages the day to day operations of Future Forward Events including the annual delivery of the Nantucket Conference and the Convergence Forum.

Alyssa received both her undergraduate degree and Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
